Synopsis
Galoogah is a forest town in the north of Iran with an approximate population of 70,000. For many years, most of the men in the town have been active in electrical pylon assembly. They travel to different spots all through year. Most high-voltage and telecom pylons in Iran and the neighbouring countries have been installed by them. The pylon-assembly men have learnt amazing and unbelievable methods from their fathers. They are very skilful at this hard yet adventurous job. Their close encounters with the nature and culture of various places have formed their specific personalities.

Born in 1973, Ebrahim Moayyeri graduated in film directing from Tehran University in 2000. After working as a children's book writer and editor-in-chief of a monthly youth magazine until 1996, he made 30 short and medium-length films and a TV movie. In 2004, he completed his debut feature, The Butterflies Are Just a Step Behind. Moayyeri has constantly dealt with the issues of nature, technology and children and young adults in his three features.
