Introduction

Searching for the morning, she begins her journey. Her story mingles with life and death, hope and despair. A 'pianissimo' road movie that drifts toward the sea.

One day, a woman discards the things she has collected over the last 34 years: shoes, money, invitations, lipsticks, farewells, and nights. She steals a car and begins her journey, together with the message left in it. Do we come from the sea? Or do we move toward it? This is a road movie about a pianissimo journey of escape and the awakening of the world. When the colorful night comes, a singular morning begins. Starring Yoomi Tamai, who voiced the character of Rin in Miyazaki Hayao's Spirited Away, and also featuring Yonemura Ryotaro, a principal member of Tokyo theater company Potudo-ru.
