The 25th TIFF has changed the ticket purchasing system to ticket board.

This is to let you know that in accordance with this change, partial modification has been made to the Theater Admission procedures.

※We ask you to arrive early to the reduce crowding at the theater.

 
＊For those who purchased the tickets online
Following your online purchase, print out the QR Code which you’ve downloaded from the link in the email from ticketboard and bring it to the theater.
You will find the QR Code reader by the theater gate, read-in your QR Code and enter the theater.
 
＊For those who purchased tickets on smartphones and cell-phones
Following your online purchase over the smartphones or cell-phones; download the QR Code from the link in the email sent from ticketboard and bring it to the theater.
You will find the QR Code reader by the theater gate, read-in your QR Code with smartphones or cell-phones and enter the theater.
 
＊For those who purchased the tickets over the telephone.
Please pick up your tickets at the information center in the theater.
※We may ask you to show the ID for proof of purchase.
 
In case the smartphone or cell-phone batteries ran out or if you lose the QR Code.
Please kindly make inquiries to the theater staff at the side of the gate.
