Japan is a very inspiring country. Twice, I had the chance to be a part of the festival and to take a brief glance at the Japanese culture. I was impressed by the beauty of the city of Tokyo and the calmness radiating from the Japanese people. I believe that what we create on the outside is a reflection of our inner world which makes me think that Japanese people are sophisticated, intelligent, and very beautiful human beings. The attention and curiosity of the Japanese audience towards the foreign cinema is huge. I thank you all very much for the warm reception and the attention that Tokyo International Film Festival brings to every participant. I wish the entire team a never-ending energy and love for supporting the strong author cinema alive.
